Suited & Connected Issue 39
Illuminating human relationship chemistry via the CROWNLINE Method
Welcome to issue 39 of Suited & Connected©! 😊😊😊
Is ‘chemistry’ a turn-on for you?
We’re not talking here about the excitement of a KABOOM! 'explosive' chemical reaction. Scientifically speaking, that KABOOM! is a rapid expansion in volume of a given amount of matter associated with an extreme outward release of energy, usually with the generation of high temperatures and release of high-pressure gases. No, what we're talking about here is when individuals innately seem to have great chemistry with one another. It’s a vibe between one or several people when they’re together. A special rapport that is a total sum of the individual parts — and it can be pretty awesome and have an uplifting effect for those who witness the great chemistry.
CrownLine, an emerging relationship analytics company, through its soon-to-be-launched CROWNLINE Community platform, is making available tools and a ‘playbook’ that enable functional understanding of the CROWNLINE Method, which can help an individual identify people to connect with to attain a happier and more prosperous life.
The CROWNLINE Method provides for actionable insights according to birthdates, revealing which individuals are best to link up with— be it a friend, mentor, coach/trainer, babysitter/nanny/caretaker, lawyer, wealth management advisor, wellness and healthcare expert, veterinarian, teacher, business associate, sports teammate, or even a soulmate.
CROWNLINE Method, founded by Todd Anthony Person, fuses elements from mathematics (e.g. Fibonacci sequences, sacred geometry), a deck of playing cards, neuroscience, psychology, and astrology. Birthdates correlate to certain numbers and suits on the cards - and there are identifiable patterns found via algorithms in which certain cards match well or, conversely, are divisive when engaged with other cards.
Just as there are different symbols and diagrams used in geometry, chemistry, and engineering, in the CROWNLINE Method a regular deck of playing cards with its Symbols (Suits), Numbers and Colors all have a meaning in providing relationship compatibility insights regarding a particular person at hand, according to their birthday. Card alignment can manifest in a variety of forms:
Exact same cards (e.g., 3 of Diamonds to 3 of Diamonds)
Matching one number (e.g., 3 of Spades, 3 of Hearts)
Matching a same-suit (e.g., 3 of Clubs, 9 of Clubs)
Being suited and connected (e.g. 3 of Diamonds to 4 of Diamonds) in their first card called ‘the birth card’ or their second card known as the ‘astrological ruling card’
Additionally, CROWNLINE Method analysis extends beyond the individual’s birthday and associated cards; ‘Family Tree’ chemistry, which includes CROWNLINE Method analysis of birthdays and associated cards of parents and child, can identify alignment, dis-alignment or neutral alignment. The boost associated with alignment can offer an offspring heightened performance, fame and success.
In this 39th issue of Suited & Connected©, as the College Football season and National Football League season each get underway, more than 23 million sports fans watch the football games — online and on TV. While the action itself attracts the viewing audience, so do the sports analysts teams that inform and entertain football fans before, during and immediately after the games. In this issue of Suited & Connected© we look at the ‘chemistry’ of football analysts with whom fans develop an affinity. We examine birthdays and associated card alignments of several analyst teams, and identify patterns of card alignment that translated into the particular broadcast team gelling well ensemble.
The following sports analysts team card alignments are discussed in this 39th issue of Suited & Connected©:
-Kirk Herbstreit & Chris Fowler/ESPN
-Mike Tirico & Cris Collinsworth/NBC Sunday Night Football
-John Madden & Pat Summerall/CBS NFL coverage
-Brad Nessler & Gary Danielson/CBS College coverage
-Howard Cosell, Frank Gifford, Don Meredith/ABC Monday Night Football
Kirk Herbstreit & Chris Fowler/ESPN
The 2024 season marks the 11th year in the ESPN Saturday Night Football booth for Chris Fowler (right) and Kirk Herbstreit (left), and their 29th season as college football teammates, beginning in 1996 on College GameDay. Fowler, a 2024 Sports Emmy nominee, and Herbstreit, the five-time Sports Emmy winner, have called all 10 College Football Playoff National Championship games together.
Kirk Herbstreit, born August 19, is the 7 of Clubs/2 of Clubs; Chris Fowler, born August 23, is the 3 of Clubs/3 of Spades. Fowler and Herbstreit are ‘suited and connected’ — Fowler’s birth card (3 of Clubs) to Herbstreit’s astrological ruling card (2 of Clubs).
Mike Tirico & Cris Collinsworth/NBC Sunday Night Football
Mike Tirico (left) and Cris Collinsworth (right) currently are the NFL announcers on NBC’s Sunday Night Football; Tirico replaced Al Michaels in 2022.
Chris Collinsworth, born January 27, is the King of Clubs/6 of Clubs; Mike Tirico, born December 13, is the 5 of Clubs/7 of Diamonds. Tirico’s 5 of Clubs birth card and Collinsworth’s 6 of Clubs astrological ruling card are ‘suited and connected’.
John Madden & Pat Summerall/CBS
The first football game that John Madden and Pat Summerall announced together was in 1979 for CBS. Summerall’s partner on the network’s top announcing team, Tom Brookshier, was off to introduce his daughter at a debutante ball. Madden had retired from coaching in 1978 after 10 years with the Raiders, which included one Super Bowl championship. He began broadcasting for CBS in 1979, first working with Bob Costas in a tryout, and subsequently several other play-by-play men including Frank Gleiber, Dick Stockton, Gary Bender and Vin Scully. On his first day with Summerall, Madden, afraid of heights in a live shot outside the booth, was noticeably ill. “Sweat droplets ran down his face and he was flushed,” Summerall wrote in his autobiography. “I worried that he might be having a heart attack. If not, he certainly didn’t appear ready for prime time.” Nevertheless, Madden settled down when they returned to the booth, and the pair quickly found chemistry. “For two guys who had never worked together before, we fell into a natural rhythm very quickly,” Summerall wrote. “With other temporary partners, I had often resorted to hand signals to let them know when I was done speaking, but it wasn’t necessary in John’s case. We were in sync.”
John Madden, born April 10, was the Jack of Diamonds/2 of Spades; Pat Summerall, born May 10, was the 9 of Diamonds/2 of Clubs. The natural rhythm of speaking and ending sentences between Pat Summerall and John Madden can be explained by the fact that their respective first cards were same suit diamonds and odd-numbered (Jack and 9) . The second piece of evidence for their broadcasting rapport was that they both were same card number (2) in their respective second cards.
Brad Nessler & Gary Danielson/CBS College coverage
CBS Sports' legendary commentating duo of Brad Nessler and Gary Danielson started commenting on South Eastern Conference (SEC) college football games in 2017. They couldn't help but get emotional when signing off for the final time during the network's final "SEC on CBS" segment. The SEC championship game between Alabama and Georgia on December 2, 2023 served as the conference's last broadcast on CBS, marking the league's final appearance before the complete takeover of the conference by the ESPN brand. "Whether you were at your favorite bar having a beer, you're in your easy chair at home, or you're watching us streaming on your devices, we want to thank you, the fans and the viewers and everybody who's been with us every Saturday at 3:30 for the 'SEC on CBS,'" Nessler said to close the show. "I'm gonna steal a line from another network, but I think it's gonna have a pass here," Danielson added. "What we really did was follow the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat." But it ain’t over till it’s over for Nessler and Danielson. In 2024, Nessler and Danielson are a duo team announcing for CBS Big Ten football games.
Brad Nessler, born June 3, is the Ace of Spades/7 of Hearts; Gary Danielson, born September 10, is the Ace of Diamonds/Queen of Diamonds; Jamie Erdahl-Buckman, born December 3, is the 2 of Diamonds/4 of Spades.
Jamie Marie Erdahl-Buckman is an American reporter for NFL Network and CBS Sports. She currently serves as one of the hosts of Good Morning Football on NFL Network. She was formerly the lead sideline reporter for the SEC on CBS, teaming up with Brad Nessler and Gary Danielson. Nessler and Danielson had same number (Ace/1) birth cards, while Danielson and Erdahl-Buckman were ‘suited and connected’ — Danielson’s Ace of Diamonds to Erdahl-Buckman’s 2 of Diamonds.
Howard Cosell, Frank Gifford, Don Meredith/ABC Monday Night Football
USA TODAY Sports writer Steve Gardner, in a piece he wrote in 2020, fondly remembers Monday Night Football on ABC-TV, which premiered in 1970. “There was something extra special about Monday Night Football,” wrote Gardner “Starting with the theme music. The lights of the stadium. The crazy people in the stands. And most of all, the announcers. Frank Gifford, the smooth play-by-play man. “Dandy” Don Meredith, the down-home, wise-cracking ex-quarterback. Howard Cosell, the know-it-all loudmouth. Together, they formed the perfect team.
Howard Cosell, born March 25, was the Jack of Clubs/2 of Clubs; Frank Gifford, born August 16, was the 10 of Clubs/10 of Spades; and Don Meredith, born April 10, was the Jack of Diamonds/2 of Spades. Cosell and Gifford birth cards were ‘suited and connected’, and Cosell and Meredith birth cards were same number (Jack), plus their astrological cards were same number (2).
Todd’s Takeaways:
The chemistry between football commentators is crucial for building a loyal television viewing audience. Effective commentary enhances the viewing experience, providing not only insights into the game but also an engaging narrative that draws viewers in. When commentators share a strong rapport, their interactions become more dynamic and entertaining, which captivates the audience. This connection fosters a sense of familiarity and comfort, allowing fans to feel as if they are part of a community. Seamless communication between commentators leads to a more coherent and informative broadcast. When they play off each other’s strengths—balancing analysis with humor or excitement—their commentary becomes more engaging and relatable. This interaction keeps viewers invested in the game, encouraging them to return week after week.
In this 39th issue of Suited & Connected©, we have shared patterns in card alignment that foster an engaging chemistry between football commentators. We dare say that the most memorable and beloved teams of football commentators had multiple pattern ‘triggers’ for chemistry, with the iconic ABC Monday Night Football team of Howard Cosell, Frank Gifford and Don Meredith ranking supreme.

The second piece of evidence for their broadcasting rapport was that they both were same card number (2) in their respective second cards.

Chantal S., Executive recruiter, says “Gifted, Exceptional, Entertaining and Unforgettable are only a few words to describe my experience with Todd Anthony Person and The CROWNLINE Method. This is an exceptional technique utilized to match human relationship chemistry at all levels from business to soulmates. There are multiple pattern levels from one-on-one matching to full family trees explaining your compatibility with certain individuals. I understood how I connect with my family as well as with business associates. It also showed how incompatible I am with certain people and how some of my past love relationships were doomed. I highly recommend that experience for anyone looking to better understand relationships new or old. It’s fascinating and even if you are not a believer in zodiac signs, cards, and planets, you will understand the method to connect.”

We were indeed well-suited and connected to one another, but the (cards) confirmation from Todd took out the guesswork. Soon after, we were married and have been for the past decade. I didn’t see Todd again until 2023, and the information he could deliver from his CrownLine consultations had increased tenfold. He told my husband and I that we would be moving that year — and we did. He told us that we would have an excellent money-making year, and we did. Everything he told us happened down to the day! Todd’s system is impressive and has helped me navigate through my life experience with more certainty and clarity.”
Shellee R. , a successful small business owner and parent of two successful adult kids, says, “The CROWNLINE Method reveals the connections in life and relationships.
