Suited & Connected Issue 37

Illuminating human relationship chemistry via the CROWNLINE Method

Welcome to issue 37 of Suited & Connected©! 😊😊😊

CrownLine — building a community of people interested in understanding vital components of relationship chemistry — is making available tools and a ‘playbook’ that enable functional understanding of the CROWNLINE Method, which can help an individual attain a happier and more prosperous life. The CROWNLINE Method provides for actionable insights according to birthdates, revealing which individuals are best to link up with — be it a friend, mentor, coach/trainer, babysitter/nanny/caretaker, lawyer, wealth management advisor, healthcare practitioner, veterinarian, teacher, business associate, sports teammate, or even a soulmate.

CROWNLINE Method, founded by Todd Anthony Person, fuses elements from mathematics (e.g. Fibonacci sequences, sacred geometry), a deck of playing cards, neuroscience, psychology, and astrology. Birthdates correlate to certain numbers and suits on the cards - and there are identifiable patterns found via algorithms in which certain cards match well or, conversely, are divisive when engaged with other cards.

The deck of playing cards was originally used by several ancient civilizations as a calendar: there are 52 cards representing the 52 weeks in the year. There are (4) suits representing the four seasons. Hearts representing Spring, Clubs representing Summer, Diamonds representing Fall and Spades representing Winter. Each season has (13) weeks, and each suit has thirteen cards. There are (12) Face cards and there are twelve months and (12) astrological signs. If you add up all the Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, and Spades with Ace being (1) and King being (13) you get 364. Add December 31st being the day of 1 ¼ and you now get 365 ¼ days which is an entire year.'

Just as there are different symbols and diagrams used in geometry, chemistry, and engineering, in the CROWNLINE Method a regular deck of playing cards with its Symbols (Suits), Numbers and Colors all have a meaning in providing relationship compatibility insights regarding a particular person at hand, according to their birthday. Card alignment can manifest in a variety of forms:

  • Exact same cards (e.g., 3 of Diamonds to 3 of Diamonds)

  • Matching one number (e.g., 3 of Spades, 3 of Hearts)

  • Matching a same-suit (e.g., 3 of Clubs, 9 of Clubs)

  • Being suited and connected (e.g. 3 of Diamonds to 4 of Diamonds) in their first card called ‘the birth card’ or their second card known as “the astrological ruling card”

  • Additionally, CROWNLINE Method analysis extends beyond the individual’s birthday and associated cards; ‘Family Tree’ chemistry, which includes CROWNLINE Method analysis of birthdays and associated cards of parents and child, can identify alignment, dis-alignment or neutral alignment. The boost associated with alignment can offer an offspring heightened performance, fame and success.

In this 37th issue of Suited & Connected©, we look at the birthday and card alignments and dis-alignments of versatile musician Dave Grohl (age 55) — his Family Tree, his alignment with band mates of Nirvana and Foo Fighters, and the card dis-alignment with his wife of 21 years, Jordyn Blum, and his first wife Jennifer Youngblood. Grohl is in the news because he revealed publicly on September 10, 2024 that he has fathered a baby girl outside of his marriage.

Musician Dave Grohl — who became famous first with the band Nirvana and then the band Foo Fighters — is pictured above with his wife Jordyn Blum, in 2008. The two have been married for 21 years, but recently Grohl revealed that he is the father of a new baby girl, sired with a woman outside of his marriage. Grohl reassured his Instagram fans that “I love my wife and my children” and that he is “doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.” Blum and Grohl married in 2003. They share three daughters.

The September 10 Instagram post by Grohl was not the first time that the Grammy winner came clean about an extramarital affair. In a 2007 interview with The Guardian, the rocker, now 55, admitted that his infidelity led to his divorce from his first wife, Jennifer Youngblood, in 1997. They were married for three years. The Guardian also reported that the Grohl-Youngblood divorce was a factor in guitarist Pat Smear’s decision to leave (for eight years) the Foo Fighters. Smear and Youngblood had been close friends; but Smear eventually reconciled with Grohl and rejoined the band.

Nirvana, the post punk, gritty alternative rock underground band formed in Seattle in the early 1990s, was born alive and kicking September 24, 1991 with the release of their groundbreaking album Nevermind. According to Douglas Wolk, Portland, Oregon-based author and music critic for various publications including The New York Times, and Rolling Stone: “Nevermind's sound is familiar now, it's only because thousands of rock records that followed it were trying very hard to cop its style. It tears out of the speakers like a cannonball, from the punk-turbo-charged riff of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" onward, magnifying and distilling the wounded rage of 15 years of the rock underground into a single impassioned roar. Few albums have occupied the cultural consciousness like this one; of its 12 songs, roughly 10 are now standards. The record's historical weight can make it hard to hear now with fresh ears, but the monumental urgency of Kurt Cobain's screams is still shocking.” Pictured in the photo above are from left: Kurt Cobain (deceased), Dave Grohl, and Krist Novoselic.

Nirvana founding band members (from left): Kurt Cobain, born February 20, was a 5 of Diamonds/Jack of Diamonds; Krist Novoselic, born May 16, is the 3 of Diamonds/7 of Hearts, and Dave Grohl, born January 14, is the King of Diamonds/8 of Clubs. Note how the three members of Nirvana’s birth cards suits are all odd-numbered Diamonds.

From left: Taylor Hawkins (deceased), Chris Shiflett, Dave Grohl, and Nate Mendel.

Foo Fighters band members (from left): Dave Grohl, born January 14, is King of Diamonds/8 of Clubs; Taylor Hawkins (deceased in 2023), born February 17, is the 8 of Diamonds/5 of Clubs; Nate Mendel, born December 2, is the 3 of Diamonds/5 of Spades; and Chris Shiflett, born May 6, is the King of Diamonds/4 of Clubs. Note how Grohl in his astrological ruling card and Taylor Hawkins in his birth card had inverted 8s; Hawkins and Nate Mendel had same numbers (5) for astrological ruling cards; and Grohl and Chris Shiflett had identical birth cards (King of Diamonds). The four band members all have Diamond suit birth cards.

Dave Grohl has had good music chemistry with Foo Fighters bass player Nate Mendel, born December 2, a 3 of Diamonds/5 of Spades, and Krist Novoselic, bass guitarist with Nirvana, a 3 of Diamonds and 9 of Spades. Noteworthy is that Nate Mendel and Krist Novoselic have identical birth cards (3 of Diamonds) achieving fame and success along with Dave Grohl.

The Foo Fighters have sold more than 32 million records worldwide. The American alternative rock band has released 10 studio albums and won 15 Grammy Awards. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021. Foo Fighters occupy a rare space as a band with mainstream appeal, led by an undeniably famous star who does not yet feel like an elder statesman. Blessed with relentless energy and a robust contacts list, they’re called upon whenever rock music with joy and gravitas is required, whether it’s David Letterman’s final late-night show, an all-star Prince tribute at the Grammys, a benefit for musicians financially affected by coronavirus, the Kennedy Center Honors, or a Democratic presidential fund-raiser. No matter where Foo Fighters show up, they always rock and make sense.

(Pictured above) Dave Grohl, in concert with the Foo Fighters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is never lacking in music talent, spirit and showmanship. According to a New York Times article written in 2021, atter Kurt Cobain’s 1994 suicide and Nirvana the band ended, Grohl was offered several other drumming jobs, including a full-time role with Tom Petty, but decided to pursue his own solo project: Foo Fighters, its name cribbed from a World War II phrase for U.F.O.s. He ended up playing every instrument on what would become the group’s 1995 debut album and recruited the ex-Nirvana guitarist Pat Smear, as well as the bassist Nate Mendel and the drummer William Goldsmith of the proto-emo group Sunny Day Real Estate to form a touring band, the Foo Fighters.

.

James H. Grohl, born December 9, was a 9 of Clubs/King of Diamonds; his wife Virginia H. Grohl, born August 31, was the 8 of Hearts/6 of Clubs; the couple’s son Dave Grohl, born January 14, is the Kind of Diamonds/8 of Clubs. Dave received a boost for fame & success from his parents, as Dave’'s birth card (King of Diamonds) was identical with his dad’s astrological ruling card (King of Diamonds), plus Dave’s astrological ruling card (8 of Clubs) was suited and connected to his dad’s birth card. (9 of Clubs). Dave and his mom had same number (8) when it came to Dave’s mom’s birth card (8 of Hearts)and Dave’s astrological ruling card (8 of Clubs). Dave’s mom and dad divorced when Dave was 6 years old; his parents cards did not align except for the fact that Dave’s dad and mom had an inverted Mars dynamic (9 of Clubs and 6 of Clubs), an initial sexual attraction that typically cannot be sustained for a long-term relationship. Dave’s dad — James — died in 2014, and Dave’s mom — Virginia — passed away in 2022.

Dave Grohl, born January 14, is the King of Diamonds/8 of Clubs; Jennifer Youngblood, born March 15, is the 8 of Diamonds/3 of Diamonds. The two were married for three years in the 1990s and divorced in 1997. Noteworthy is Dave Grohl’s history of forming relationships with people whose cards are of the Diamonds suit. In the case of his attraction to Jennifer Youngblood, Dave Grohl’s 8 of Clubs and Jennifer’s 8 of Diamonds birth card was positively familiar to Dave, as Dave’s mom’s birth card was the number 8. On the challenging side, Dave’s King of Diamonds birth card and Jennifer’s 8 of Diamonds birth card — while same suit Diamonds — are 5 numbers apart, and odd-even (King — the number 13 to 8). In love relationships, odd-even birth cards (e.g. 13 to 8) and inverted numbers (e.g, birth card and astrological ruling card matching the number 8) signal a challenging marriage relationship highly likely to, at some point, fracture and lead to divorce.

Dave Grohl's first marriage was to photographer Jennifer Youngblood during his Nirvana days before he married Jordyn Blum in 2003. Grohl and Younbglood married in 1994, before finalizing their divorce in 1997. Media information about Dave's relationship with Jennifer is scarce apart from a minor joint appearance on an episode of 'The X-Files' in 1996 (see photo above). The admitted infidelities that led to his divorce from first wife Jennifer Youngblood in 1997 caused the departure from the Foo Fighters ranks of Pat Smear, latterly Nirvana's auxiliary guitarist and a close friend of Youngblood. Reflecting on his past, Dave Grohl shared candid thoughts about his split back in 1997 during an interview with Melody Maker. He expressed: "I was 25, my wife was even younger. We weren't ready to get married. I miss her a ton, she's the funniest goddamn weirdo you ever met in your life. Absolutely adorable. It would have been better had we not got married. But you live and you learn." Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear sided with Dave's ex-wife Jennifer throughout their messy divorce amid Dave Grohl’s infidelity. This led to Smear leaving the band for eight years. It’s very interesting that Smear and Youngblood have 8 of Diamonds birth card.

Jennifer Youngblood, the 8 of Diamonds/3 of Diamonds and Pat Smear, the 8 of Diamonds/5 of Clubs have identical birth cards (8 of Diamonds). When we meet someone with our identical card it’s like looking in a mirror — and liking what you see. In fact Smear and Youngblood were close friends.

Dave Grohl’s cards (King of Diamonds/8 of Clubs) and Jordyn Blum’s cards (4 of Clubs/2 of Diamonds) do not align well. The birth cards of the two have two negative triggers. The first negative trigger is one card is odd (King of Diamonds) and one is even (4 of Clubs). The second trigger is the suits do not match (the King is a Diamond, the 4 is a Club). “Having two negative triggers in the birth cards is a recipe for disaster according to the CROWNLINE Method,” says Todd.

Dave Grohl and Jordyn Blum married in 2013. Three years later, the couple's first daughter, (left of Dave Grohl) Violet Maye, now 18, was born, followed by Harper Willow (far left), now 15, in 2009 and Ophelia Saint, now 10, in 2014. In a 2009 installment of TIME magazine's "10 Questions" column, the Foo Fighters founder revealed how fatherhood had profoundly changed both his life and work. "I used to tour nine months out of the year," he said. "Now I don't like being away from my kids for more than 12 days. It's changed everything that I do. When you have kids, you see life through different eyes. You feel love more deeply and are maybe a little more compassionate. It's inevitable that that would make its way into your songwriting." Grohl's three kids with Blum have seemingly inherited dad’s drumming musical talents, with daughters Violet and Harper even joining him onstage to perform. In February 2023, Grohl, Blum and their three daughters attended the Grammys together (see photo above).

Todd’s Takeaways:

Birth card alignment for long-term successful marriages requires a few variables: ideally, both peoples cards are either odd-odd or even-even; same suit; or, preferably, the same number. Each one of us potentially has multiple “soulmates” and “soulmate connections” that cover a multitude of different birthdays. In a future Suited & Connected© issue, we will reveal the exact formula and timing mechanism for connecting with a soulmate.

The patterns of positive and negative relationship behaviors that the CROWNLINE Method algorithms have identified are NOT exclusive to a particular sex (male or female); nor is it exclusive to entertainers, athletes, entrepreneurs. or world leaders. Relationship behaviors are a part of human nature, says Todd. “Unfortunately, when the wrong cards come together in any relationship — particularly in our interpersonal ones — it is only a matter of time before destructive outcomes from the negative chemistry produces its ‘scarring reaction’.”

Dave Grohl’s cards reflect a patten shared by others, not just in the music industry. In issue 38 of Suited & Connected, we are going to show this ‘unfaithful’ destructive behavior pattern by individuals in the fields of entertainment, sports, business, and politics.

PEOPLE ARE TALKING…

Chantal S., Executive recruiter, says “Gifted, Exceptional, Entertaining and Unforgettable are only a few words to describe my experience with Todd Anthony Person and The CROWNLINE Method. This is an exceptional technique utilized to match human relationship chemistry at all levels from business to soulmates. There are multiple pattern levels from one-on-one matching to full family trees explaining your compatibility with certain in/dividuals. I understood how I connect with my family as well as with business associates. It also showed how incompatible I am with certain people and how some of my past love relationships were doomed. I highly recommend that experience for anyone looking to better understand relationships new or old. It’s fascinating and even if you are not a believer in zodiac signs, cards, and planets, you will understand the method to connect.

Jessica H. , a life coach specializing in alignment of physical and mental conditioning, says, “My belief in the CROWNLINE Method goes back to the early 2000’s. Todd Person gave my then-boyfriend and me good news about our relationship. We were suited & connected. We were indeed well-suited and connected to one another, but the (cards) confirmation from Todd took out the guesswork. Soon after, we were married and have been for the past decade. I didn’t see Todd again until 2023, and the information he could deliver from his CrownLine consultations had increased tenfold. He told my husband and I that we would be moving that year — and we did. He told us that we would have an excellent money-making year, and we did. Everything he told us happened down to the day! Todd’s system is impressive and has helped me navigate through my life experience with more certainty and clarity.”

Shellee R. , a successful small business owner and parent of two successful adult kids, says, “The CROWNLINE Method reveals the connections in life and relationships.
