Illuminating human relationship chemistry via the CROWNLINE Method

Welcome to the 29th issue of Suited & Connected©! 😊😊😊

CROWNLINE Method, founded by Todd Anthony Person, examines individual birthdays and leverages the 52 playing cards deck to illuminate human relationship chemistry. The CROWNLINE Method fuses mathematics, numerology, deck of playing cards, astrology, neuroscience and psychology.

The deck of playing cards was originally used by several ancient civilizations as a calendar: there are 52 cards representing the 52 weeks in the year. There are (4) suits representing the four seasons. Hearts representing Spring, Clubs representing Summer, Diamonds representing Fall and Spades representing Winter. Each season has (13) weeks, and each suit has thirteen cards. There are (12) Face cards and there are twelve months and (12) astrological signs. If you add up all the Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, and Spades with Ace being (1) and King being (13) you get 364. Add December 31st being the day of 1 ¼ and you now get 365 ¼ days which is an entire year.

Todd has assessed chemistry and compatibility of individuals via their birthdays. By looking at how the cards align (or don’t align) of individuals in music, arts &entertainment, business, sports, and famous people/celebrities, Todd has identified a number of patterns that signal good things can happen to people when their cards align.

Card alignment can take different forms — exact same cards, matching one number, matching a same-suit, being suited and connected (e.g. 3Diamonds to 4Diamonds) in their first card called ‘the birth card’ or their second card known as “the astrological ruling card”. Todd’s CROWNLINE Method analysis extends beyond the individual’s birthday and associated cards; he puts together a ‘Family Tree’ in which he can find patterns when parents cards align or dis-align, and the boost (or drag) it can provide an offspring. heightened performance or setback, fame or disappointment, and a spectrum of metrics of success or failure.

The following famous music groups cards alignment assessed in this 29th issue of Suited & Connected© include:

  1. The Monkees -- two members of the band have identical cards

  2. Simon & Garfunkel -- each fella has a card with the same number (2)

  3. Pet Shop Boys -- identical birth cards & same number (Jack)

  4. The Smiths -- cards with same numbers; ‘suited and connected’ cards

  5. Linkin Park -- card chemistry fest jam galore

  6. Lil Nas X & Billy Ray Cyrus -- same number cards (Queen)

This soundtrack to Mike Nichols’ “The Graduate” includes several of Simon & Garfunkel’s top hits, along with portions of “Mrs. Robinson,” an edited version of “The Big Bright Green Pleasure Machine,” and an acoustic reprise of “The Sound Of Silence.” The music meshed perfectly with the themes of the film, the album topped the charts, and it introduced Simon & Garfunkel to a wider audience

Paul Simon & Art Garfunkel have sold over 100 million records, making them among the best-selling music artists in history. Regardless of critical opinion, “Bridge Over Troubled Water” was a massive hit with fans. In its first three weeks, the album sold 1.7 million copies in the United States alone. It would soon reach number one on the Billboard 200 Charts, where it would stay for 10 weeks, a record at the time. It would also top charts in over 10 countries, including the UK, Australia and Canada, going on to sell around 25 million copies worldwide, making it one of the most successful albums of the 1970s, further evidenced by its six Grammy Awards that year.

After wrapping the score for the 1967 film The Graduate, Garfunkel was given the opportunity to appear in the movie Catch-22, and his accepting the role was the catalyst for the rift between the famous pop duo. in a documentary released this year Simon says , “Artie said, ‘Yeah, the way it’s going to be is that I will do movies for six months, then I’ll come back, you’ll have written the songs, and we will do the album,’ and I thought, ‘Yeah? Actually, no. That’s not gonna happen. I am not gonna do that,’”

Pet Shop Boys

Chris Lowe, pictured with sunglasses, and Neil Tennant have been musical partners for over 40 years, without hating each other or breaking up or going stale. The London duo blew up in the 1980s, writing deeply weird hits about sex and money, from “Rent” to “Opportunities” to “What Have I Done To Deserve This?” Neil was the chatty singer, Chris the deadpan synth boy. The Petties brought divas like Liza Minnelli and Dusty Springfield back to pop radio. They made their electro sleaze trilogy of Please, Actually, and Introspective. Yet they topped it with their 1993 coming-out album Very, a queer pop landmark. This year, 2024, marks the 40th anniversary of their classic hit “West End Girls” and release of a new album, Nonetheless.

Neil Tennant, born Jul. 14 is 5Diamonds/Jack of Diamonds & Chris Lowe, born Oct. 4, is 5Diamonds/Jack of Clubs. Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus

, Billy Ray Cyrus left, has had something of a country music career renaissance since working with Lil Nas X and lending his vocals to Lil Nas X's record-breaking hit single 'Old Town Road'.

The song Old Town Road initially gained popularity on the social video sharing app TikTok and eventually entered the Billboard charts in March 2019. The song also reached number 19 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart before the magazine disqualified it from the chart on the grounds that it did not "fit" the genre, sparking a debate on what constitutes the "definition" of country music. Though "Old Town Road" did not re-enter any country charts, both versions of the song collectively peaked at no. 1 on the main Billboard Hot 100, remaining at the top for a record-breaking 19 consecutive weeks; the remix peaked at no. 50 on Billboard Country Airplay chart. One or more versions of "Old Town Road" have topped the national singles charts in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and have charted in the top 10 in various other international markets.

Old Town Road was certified diamond by the RIAA in October 2019 for achieving sales of 10 million total units in the United States, the fastest a song has been certified diamond. At the 62nd Annual Grammy, the remix (featuring Billy Ray Cyrus) won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Music Video. In September 2021, the song set the record for the second-highest certified song in history by the RIAA, at 16x platinum in the United States—meaning it accumulated 16 million equivalent song units.

When Lil Nas X came out, as gay in 2019 following his success with 'Old Town Road', he became perhaps the single highest profile black gay artists working in hip-hop, and in the music business at large. That didn't come without a downside: Lil Nas received outright homophobic abuse online. But Cyrus will always have his back. “I feel like I would die for that boy, I really would. I love him so much," he said in a Us Weekly magazine interview expressing his pride in Lil Nas for being himself and pushing boundaries through his art.

Lil Nas X  (Montero Lamar Hill), born Apr. 9, is Queen of Diamonds/3Spades & Billy Ray Cyrus, born Aug. 25, is Ace of Clubs/Queen of Clubs The two have same number cards (Queen).

F3: Further Fascinating Findings

The Monkees were conceived to be similar to the Beatles in the comedy-musical movie Help! The Monkees were a band, but a crew of songwriters created hit songs for them. Below is a list of songwriters, their birthdays and card alignments with the Monkee vocalist of the song.

Day Dream Believer — Davy Jones, born Dec. 30 (Ace of Hearts/3Spades) & John Stewart, born Sept. 5 (6Diamonds/4Spades). Jones and Stewart ‘suited and connected’.

Pleasant Valley Sunday — Carol King, born Feb. 9 ,(3Spades/9Diamonds) & Gerry Goffin, born Jan. 11 (Ace of Spades/9Spades) and Mickey Dolenz, born Mar. 8 (2Spades/King of Spades). King and Goffin each are ‘suited and connected’ with Dolenz.

A Little Bit Me, A Little Bit You — Davy Jones, born Dec. 30 (Ace of Hearts/3Spades) & Neil Diamond, born Jan. 24 (3Diamonds/9Clubs). Jones and Diamond matched a number (3). This song was Jones’s FIRST as a lead vocal on a Monkee single.

Todd’s Key Takeaway

This 29th issue of Suited & Connected© shows various patterns of birthday cards alignment associated with success of various bands/music groups. These patterns of success also can be seen in human relationship chemistry in arts and entertainment, sports, business and other disciplines where performance can be measured and how well individuals ‘vibe’ — or don’t — is impactful.

To be in consideration for 29th issue of Suited and Connected© a music group (e.g. duo) or band (e.g. 4 individuals or more) must “make” a pair of the same number either in their birth card or Astrological Ruling Card.

A particular pattern that we saw in this issue of Suited & Connected© reflects enduring chemistry. Pet Shop Boys (40-years) longevity occurs with identical birth cards & same astrological number (Jack); meanwhile Simon & Garfunkel each has a card with the same number (2) — great music success with periodic break-up-get-back-together-and-break-up-again hiccups.

A similar pattern for our bands was that Linkin Park with identical Astrological Ruling Cards (9Spades) had a longer career than The Smiths who had matching Astrological Ruling Cards (8Diamonds & 8Hearts). Identical is strongest because it matches both number and suit.
