Suited & Connected Issue # 27

Illuminating human relationship chemistry via the CROWNLINE Method

Welcome to the 27th issue of Suited & Connected©! 😊😊😊

For this issue, we celebrate the birthday of the United States, the 4th of July. One of the characteristics of this country is liberty, freedom and the pursuit of happiness. For some Americans, one strategy that has been leveraged to fulfill the American dream is entrepreneurialism.

CROWNLINE Method, founded by Todd Anthony Person, examines individual birthdays and leverages the 52 playing cards deck to illuminate human relationship chemistry. The CROWNLINE Method fuses mathematics, numerology, deck of playing cards, astrology, neuroscience and psychology. The deck of playing cards was originally used by several ancient civilizations as a calendar: there are 52 cards representing the 52 weeks in the year.

Within the deck of 52 cards, there are (4) suits representing the four seasons. Hearts representing Spring, Clubs representing Summer, Diamonds representing Fall and Spades representing Winter. Each season has (13) weeks, and each suit has thirteen cards. There are (12) Face cards and there are twelve months and (12) astrological signs. If you add up all the Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, and Spades with Ace being (1) and King being (13) you get 364. Add December 31st being the day of 1 ¼ and you now get 365 ¼ days which is an entire year.

The United States, born on the 4th of July, is a Jack of Diamonds/Queen of Hearts.

The birth card for those born on the 4th of July is the Jack of Diamonds (pictured far right)

According to the CROWNLINE Method, card alignment can take different forms — same cards, same number of their respective cards, matching a same-suit, being suited and connected (e.g. 3Diamonds to 4Diamonds) in their first card called ‘the birth card’ or their second card known as “the astrological ruling card”. In this 27th issue of Suited & Connected©, we examine one pattern in particular — when there are a pair of Jacks amongst the birth or astrological ruling cards of the two individuals involved in a relationship, endeavor or business. The successful individuals cards alignments assessed in this 27th issue of Suited & Connected© include:

S. Duncan Black, Sr. & Alonzo Decker, Sr., Black & Decker

Today, Black & Decker is the world's largest producer of power tools and the largest full-time supplier of small household appliances in North America. In addition to portable electric power tools, its product line has expanded to include lawn and garden products, household goods such as the Dustbuster, security hardware, fastening systems, glass-container-making equipment, plumbing supplies and even steel golf club shafts.

S.Duncan Black, Sr., and Alonzo Decker, Sr. met at a company called Rowland Telegraph in 1906, but they had dreams of their own.

In the fall of 1910, the partners decided to start their own company. Only a lack of funds stood in their way. To raise the capital needed, Black sold his prized Maxwell-Briscoe runabout to Decker's father-in-law, and Decker mortgaged his home. Putting up a combined investment of $1,200 and backed by $3,000 from other investors, the partners formed the Black & Decker Manufacturing Co. In today’s money value terms, that’s about $140,000.

Initially, the company manufactured an array of products made to order, including a milk bottle cap machine, a vest-pocket adding machine, a candy-dipping machine and machinery for the U.S. Mint. But despite their early success, Black and Decker wanted to develop their own products-tools and machinery that would appeal to a broad market. In 1917 the duo released their first official Black & Decker tool-a portable air compressor called the Lectroflater. It sold well, but not enough to keep the company afloat. Their second product, however, would start a power tool revolution and become something of a signature product that would define the company: a portable half-inch electric drill with a patented pistol grip and a trigger instead of a switch. (The original drill is now on display at the Smithsonian in Washington, DC.)

The original investment of $1,200 paid off, indeed. Today, boasting more than $4 billion in annual sales, the company has manufacturing operations in 14 countries, and its products and services are marketed in more than 100 countries.
